                Chakra Balance ~    This workshop will cover the 7 basic chakras, how

                                                   they connect to the endocrine system, and therefore

                                                   how and why caring for them is critical to your

                                                   overall health and well being. We will do some 

                                                   chakra clearing excercises together during class. You

                                                   will take away a better understanding of your body

                                                   and how to care for it on an energetic level for 

                                                   improved immune function, mental health, emotional

                                                   health, and physical health. $20

                Getting to Know Your Chakras ~ Did you know that you have a guide

                                                  and/or an animal totem living in each one of your

                                                  chakras? This class will be a guided meditation to 

                                                   take you on an exploratory journey through your 

                                                  own chakras so that you can meet your totems and 

                                                  guides. This will give you the opportunity in the future

                                                  to work with them intentionally. It will also give you

                                                  insight into why you feel drawn to some of the beings

                                                  you feel drawn to. $20
